The swivel base arrived within 48 hours of my on-line purchase. The swivel base is excellent quality and it took me no more than 15 minutes to fit, including several minutes searching through my shed for a few nuts and bolts.

Have used the swivel base a few times now and it feels totally secure when rotating seat and when locked into position for travelling.
