This is a good solid seat swivel - very heavy and robust. The assembly instructions are in German and this supplier could not supply an English version. The instructions should be straightforward but there are incorrect number of fixing screws / bolts and without English instructions it is unclear where they go. I am a Mechanical Design Engineer so deal with safety and assembly issues on a daily basis - pity this product is let down by poor instructions - good robust product though.
